What They're SayingMarcia Nelson is a role model many can follow with continued success as a teacher; on the trail, in competition, and in partnership with a horse. She encourages a partnership with the horse that is exemplary. She teaches the rider how to understand the mechanics of riding. Her extensive training allows her to help her students ride in a way that is kind and effective with the horse.
One aspect of Marcia's work is as a Competitive Trail Coach of which she and her students have numerous awards and achievements in association with NATRC (North American Trail Ride Conference) which sanctions rides in its six regions ranging from Hawaii to Maine and from Canada to Mexico. www.natrc.org

Personal TrainerEveryone dreams of that perfect relationship with their horse that creates the ultimate winning team. Not only is that possible, but here at Horseman's Hangout you can achieve it. Horses have as many individual personalities, attitudes, moods, physical abilities and limitations as the humans they are working with.
They give immediate honest feedback. Horses as responsive beings are acutely aware and sensitive to their surroundings. They are a mirror of our emotions, reflecting the feelings of the individual.
